All arrangements are custom-designed and made to order.

Due to seasonality and market availability, specific flowers may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall design and aesthetic.

Each arrangement is a natural product. Variations in size, color, and bloom stage are normal and not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment is required in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed without confirmed payment.

4. Delivery

We offer local delivery within selected ZIP codes.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.

The Floral Room is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect delivery information
Recipient unavailability
Restricted building access
Weather conditions
Third-party carrier issues (if applicable)

If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

Leave the arrangement in a secure location
Contact the recipient
Return the order for redelivery (additional fee may apply)

Risk transfers to the recipient upon successful delivery.

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Correct spelling of recipient name
Accurate delivery address
Valid contact information

We are not responsible for errors provided during checkout.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted once delivered.
