All arrangements by The Floral Room are custom-designed and made to order.

Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

To assist you, we may request a photo of the arrangement as received.

If we determine that the product quality does not meet our standards, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A store credit

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor variations in color, bloom size, or flower substitution

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by recipient unavailability

We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.
